Meet Jazzmin, her name means “Gift from God”. She is approximately 2 to 3 years old. She was found tied up to a fire hydrant and then abandoned.
As we all know in the rescue business, some people can be so very cruel. She is presently with a loving and caring foster, until we can get
her here. Once she has arrived we will do a thorough temperament test on her then evaluate her skill sets for training. More info to follow.
